Technical Discrepancies
If a neural link fails to establish during processing (Network Error / GPU Crash), your credits will be automatically restored to your operator balance within 30 minutes.
In the event of a total failure, please contact protocol support.
Performance Expectations
Neural credits are non-refundable once an inference pass has successfully completed.
Predictions are based on probabilistic brain activity models; divergence from real-world performance does not constitute a valid refund condition.
Transmission Revocation
Subscription or bulk credit purchases are final once the transmission has been initiated.
